Mall bans shoppers' hooded tops
Hooded tops, baseball caps and swearing have been outlawed at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent as part of a crackdown on anti-social behaviour.
The retail and leisure complex is bringing in a zero-tolerance approach to intimidating conduct.

What a load of crap!
In my neighborhood hoods are banned in stores to cut down on the number of hold-ups.
I LOVE Star Wars and all, but I wouldn't go to the mall in Jedi wear!! If they ban baggy pants, it is only fair to ban this to I suppose.
Predictably, I have a different take on this than Buffalo. I say "bully" for the mall management. It is private property, and they have the right to set whatever standards they believe are appropriate.
It is a good thing to discourage bad behavior, and to encourage good behavior.
